RETURNS
Not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. On condition that the intact products are delivered to us in their original packaging.
To do this:
1. Neatly pack the items you are returning
2. Attach the completed form to the package

The reimbursement will take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the form and products, using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

Claims
1. Damaged package
If you notice your parcel displays signs of damage or interference by third parties, write down the appropriate complaint protocol in the presence of the courier.
If you find any damage to the parcel at any point after accepting the package, please send a report to shop@yopeme.com or via the contact form, attaching the order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will try to rectify this as soon as possible.
2. Incomplete shipment
If, to your disappointment you find any ordered product missing from your order once opened, please send us an e-mail to shop@yopeme.com, you must include:
- order number
- what box package was used as well as the type of tape used to secure the package
- whether the parcel has any damage or traces of interference by third parties
3. Damaged product
If the product delivered to you is damaged in any way, please send us an e-mail to shop@yopeme.com, be sure to include photos of the shipment received and the following information:
- order number
- specifications of the damaged product
- what box package was used as well as the type of tape used to secure the package
- whether the parcel has any damage or traces of interference by third parties
