Where do we deliver? 

We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, The Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxemburg , Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, The UK, Hungary, Italy, USA. 

If your order value is min 40€/40£ we will deliver it to you for free, for orders less than 40€/40£ you will pay for the delivery: 

- 4,90 € to the following countires: 
Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, Luxemburg , The Netherlands, Belgium
- 7,90 € to the following countires:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Sweden,  Italy 
- 7,90 £ to the following countires:
United Kingdom

Delivery to the USA

- for orders less than $50 you will pay for the delivery $19,90
- for orders between $50- $100 you will pay for the delivery $14,90


What are the delivery methods?

Your order can be shipped using trusted DHL couriers.

When will the package arrive?

All orders are processed via DHL courier. We send orders within a maximum of 4 days from the time of submission. 

Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?

After placing the order, it is not possible to modify your shipping address or the selected form of delivery.

I have received a damaged package, what should I do?

If you notice your parcel displays signs of damage or interference by third parties, write down the appropriate complaint protocol in the presence of the courier. 

If you find any damage to the parcel at any point after accepting the package, please send a report to shop@yopeme.com or via the contact form, attaching the order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will try to rectify this as soon as possible.


I have received an incomplete shipment, will I receive the missing products?

First of all, we are really, really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please send us an e-mail application to shop@yopeme.com or via the contact form, which will include:

- order number,
- what box package was used as well as the type of tape used to secure the package
- whether the parcel has any damage or traces of interference by third parties


We kindly inform you that there may be delays in delivery due to external factors, such as: logistics issues, unfavorable weather conditions or the absence of the recipient at the address indicated.

International orders may be subject to customs control and / or charges based on the regulations of the selected country of delivery. Customs duties are paid by the customer. If the recipient refuses to pay these fees, the recipient will be responsible for the cost of the return.
